my 1/6 scale Model/figure collection of WW2

from left to right. Imperial Japanese Army soldier with type 38 arisaka rifle and patriotic flag on backpack. Waffen-SS trooper of the "Das Reich" divison armed with a Kar98k Rifle. Special Naval Landing Force Marine of the Imperial Japanese navy armed with a type 38 arisaka Rifle. Finally Imperial Japanese Army soldier of 1939 armed with the heavier caliber type 99 rifle


the two on the left are custom models and made from rare parts. whereas the two on the right (the SNLF marine and IJA soldier) are out of box condition and extremely rare. i got the last of both on the whole internet (i searched )


what do you guys think?

I think my model of the HMS Hood would make short work of them! Rule Britannia.

also my model Akagi and Zuikaku carriers plus my Battleship Yamato would nail your HMS Hood

The allies won, mostly America and Russia, but the British role was critical too. Team effort.

Mate don't make me get my Lancasters in on this, they wrecked the Tirpitz and they'll wreck the Yamato too.

yamato can fire 8264 miles and has radar. also the Zuikaku and Akagi are superior to the British carriers and fleet in every way including air power as shown in all encounters the japanese navy had with the British. the British only succeeded because of starvation tactics and epic supply cuts on the japanese

Hence losing the war, shitty strategy. Japanese air power was superior at the start, but allied air power by the end was far better. Raw numbers are meaningless when they're not accompanied by competent strategy.

The Swordfish where so OP, they decided to not use them against the IJN for fears of commiting war crimes.

It's parse for both sides in a war to be committing war crimes.
