Finally put the finishing touches on this locator app - Athena Find Me
Don't get too excited this won't let you track down people all stalker style and Super its not big brother watching you.
It's a simple locator app but its point of differences is it only requires the seeker to have the app installed.
As long as the person you are trying to locate has a GSP and network connection, this app should show you their location (as long as they approve).
And it doesnt do ongoing tracking or anything like that. It is just for the moment when you need to locate someone.
It's great for when you are meeting up with a mate and they are lost and need directions.
The app working title was 'Where the fuck are you?'. Say no more.
Anyway it is now available on Android and iPhones at the stores so go get it installed.
It's so easy to use and practical that it should be on your phone for the just in case situation. Plus its tiny it wont take up much space.
Has a little bit of a planet game going on. Mainly because I was bored during the development.
