Say hello to the shoutbox

I installed a shoutbox plugin as a trial. It appears at the top of the homepage of the forums and is members-only. It gives you a place to casually chat (in REAL TIME!) and it'll hopefully be an easy way for people to report players TK'ing on purpose/hacking/etc. on the server to the admins (if they're online).

I also cleaned up the buttons and sig banners at the bottom of each post. It was a little messy. Some people will need to do a hard refresh in their browser or clear your cache to download the new stylesheets.

Edit: fixed the timestamp not appearing.

YAY for timestamps, but could we have the timezone set to GMT+10 instead of GMT??

Go here and select your timezone from the dropdown at the bottom left.

After a little while if you don't use it, you are set to "idle" and it will stop updating. I might disable that so you can keep it open in another window while you play the game or browse other tabs.

Edit: Alright I've made the following changes:

• avatars appear next to your name
• idle timeout changed from 10 mins to 60 mins (after that time you won't see new messages)
• refresh time changed from 5 sec to 4 sec
• increased shoutbox height

Edit: Also taking the opportunity to tweak the forum styling a little. I added a green border around your avatar if you're online in the forums. It's pretty basic, but it works!

Tweaked the colours of usernames a little. Removed the in-your-face bold, made donators gold and actually set a specific colour for admins instead of just "green" (lol).

I'm thinking of removing the green border around avatars if you're online. Doesn't match your username colour unless you're an admin and it's not easy to notice. I might instead add an icon/some text to each post instead.

Alllllllso I'm pondering on installing a plugin that checks if you're online in Steam and what game you're playing and shows it in your posts. It might add some extra load to the server and might be too much (I've tried to keep posts to text-only without any icons). WE SHALL SEE.
