why does the server keep crashing?

Mutators are always running. How else do you think they check for which map is being played? Their logic switches on the map but they are invoked on every map. So it very well can be.

so if thats the case why is aussie/nz suffering these crashes then? theres quite a few servers that run it now and havent had any issues like the ones iv seen on aussie/nz it must be something else causing it
crashes happen it can be the game or it can be the server or even on the server providers end their is not always a easy answer for it. Last night was not a crash the server did not restart nor did it go back to its default map like it does on a crash or turn off a bunch of the mutators. Last nights was a connection Issue not every one got kicked this has happened before and wont be the last time. crashes can happen for a number of reasons mutators can be a factor some times they can conflict with each other,bad coding in a mutator is another issue same as in maps its why we test maps before letting them on the server in a lot of cases they have issues that never get resolved so they dont make it on the server some also never update to the latest version of the game so they wont run or they are just bad maps
