ok back to drawing board. it was easier to fix on laptop. Steam had lost the games drive and had the default C . I just redirected then verified /rebuilt the directory and it was ok.
[b]The average rounds expended per kill with the M16 in Vietnam was 50,000. Snipers averaged 1.3 rounds.
The cost difference was $2300 v 0.27 cents.[/b]

are you running windows 7? i used to have issues where win would set my non system drives as read only all the time.

Nope win 10.
It Is running now on both systems .
maybe the issue had to do with some of the workshop content as it now has to be updated all the time , and still do get the message, however it runs.
